自分磨きを怠らない「大槻典子」
「大槻典子」は、雑誌「CanCam」や「JJ」などで活躍する読者モデルです。読者モデルになったのは、大学へ入学してすぐに、CanCamのライターに勧められたのがきっかけです。
読者モデルになって初めての仕事は、CanCamの「キラキラ新入生」という企画で、私服の撮影をしました。
そこでは、新しい友達ができて一気に輪が広がり、とても楽しかったそうです。
読者モデルをやって変わったことは、食事に気をつけたり、寝不足にならないようにしたり、自分を磨くことを意識するようになりました。
きれいになるためにしていることは、飲み会などで不規則な生活になりがちなので、ビタミン剤やサプリメントで補給しているそうです。
お酒は弱い方ですが、飲み会の次の日に撮影がある場合は、お酒を飲む量を控えめにしたり、むくみを軽減するためにマッサージしたりするそうです。
美容室は2週間に1回のペースで行き、カットとカラーをします。
大槻さんの髪は柔らかくて痛みやすいので、頻繁にトリートメントをしてもらうそうです。
ネイルにもこだわり、好きな色はピンクなので、ネイルもピンク系が多いそうです。
かわいいリボンやハート、キラキラしたストーンも好きで、たくさん付けるそうです。
ネイルのケアのためには、友達が海外で買ってきたネイルオイルを使っているそうです。
大槻さんは、モデルの仕事がとても好きなので、これからもずっとモデルを続けていきたいそうです。
